Completed by Gourlay Bros. & Co., Dundee, as S/S Oihonna for Finska Ångfartygs Aktiebolaget, Helsinki. Sailed mainly in summertime on Stockholm - Finland - St. Petersburg line and in wintertime on Stockholm - Turku line until WW I. During the war in service between Finland and Sweden in the Gulf of Bothnia. Thereafter both in liner service from Finland to Sweden and Germany, via Stettin or Lübeck. Made cruises to Spitzbergen and North Cape in 1902-1903 and 1906. |
